Invite your contacts and plan a conference directly from your Outlook interface using Outlook Plug-in without having to start a session in Live Meeting. This allows you to create templates and preferences, including a copy of an invitation and information for the conference. If you are not using Outlook, you can do all this from your Live Meeting account using your own e-mail account and calendar application. You can also use the Meet Now option, which allows you to start a conference with a single click.
